Irwin Block Chilliwack BC - Built between 1909 and 1913, the Irwin bloc was the first apartment building to be built at Five Corners. Built in three stages, the full length cornice on the top may have been added to give a unified appearance. Address: Five Corners |

Merchant's Bank of Canada Chilliwack BC - Built in 1914 on one of the most desirable properties in the city, this building has been altered. The original ornamentation on the facade has been removed. Address: 46098 Yale Road West |

Commercial Buildings Chilliwack BC - A fire in the area of Five-Corners in 1906 led to a by-law that mandated fireproof construction materials for downtown. Several buildings on Wellington Avenue reflect this by-law with their fireproof masonry construction materials. The metal canopy, added in the 1970s, protects pedestrians from the rain.
