Best Western Rainbow Country Inn
The Best Western Rainbow Country Inn provides the complete business experience.
The main ballroom has parking adjacent to the entrance and can accommodate up
to 450 people and can be divided into three separate rooms, with 2 additional
meeting rooms also available. Most meeting space is wheelchair accessible. Our
professional and friendly convention team will assist you in making your
event a success, right down to the smallest detail.
We can put it all together for you! Planning a private luncheon for 10, a gala
banquet for 300, or something in between? Our flexible meeting space can
accommodate large or small groups and our chef and catering staff are dedicated
to exceeding your expectations. We are pleased to custom design a menu ideally
suited to your taste & budget! Our Executive Chef is committed to creating the
perfect meal to compliment your event, whether you require a working lunch
buffet or a served 5-course dinner. Awarded consistently for Food & Beverage

Chilliwack Heritage Park
A 65-acre park that boasts a 150,000 square foot building which can accommodate
a number of events from trade shows and conventions to agricultural and
equestrian events as well as concerts and more! Heritage Park is ideally and
conveniently located just off the Trans Canada Highway at Exit 116.
Heritage Park is a versatile facility. Features include a flexible public
address system, box office and show offices. The building is comprised of four
floors. Two are concrete floors that measure 34,800 square feet each, There is
also a 48,000 square foot dirt floor and another dirt floor measuring 30,000
square feet. Concession services are available. We have washroom facilities
that include showers. The building houses a portable stage, as well as tables
and chairs.
Prospera Centre
The main arena has 3,500 seats with expansion to 5,000 seats underway to accomodate the Chilliwack Bruins, a new Western Hockey League team, scheduled to begin play in 2006. There is also standing room for 300 people. Arena comfortable seating, sound
and lighting for concerts and special events, better breakaway space and a more
comfortable environment for conferences and fairs. There are also food
services available.
Retreat on The Ridge
This 1300-foot conference room nestled in the trees also boasts hardwood,
wainscoting, a gas-powered Vermont stove, stone fireplace, a log-slab
mantelpiece and comfortable armchairs and sofas. Antique-style pine tables and
chairs, flip-chart easels, portable screens, TV, satellite and VCR make this
room convenient for presentations and workshops. There is also a log-slab
serving area for caterers to use. The conference room can accommodate up to 60
people. Catering can be arranged privately or through Retreat on the Ridge.
Rhombus Hotel — Downtown Chilliwack
Set beside Salish Park, the Rhombus offers a full slate of Catering services.
Meeting rooms seating 10-350 people are staffed with friendly professional
servers to meet your every need. Menus ranging from simple snacks, coffee and
water service to full course, gourmet meals are available. They can also
customize any menu to your needs, and their Catering department will help find
everything from audiovisual equipment ranging from overhead projector, LCD
projector, screens, Microphones and
anything else you need for your event. The Rhombus is also a premier wedding
reception location.
Travelodge — Chilliwack
Offers 3 meeting rooms to accommodate small conference needs. The Cottonwood
Room is 600 square -feet with a 25 person capacity; the Fraser Room is 600
square-feet with a 25 person capacity and the Cheam Room is 750 square-feet
with a 70 person capacity. We have T.V. & VCR rentals, white board and screen
available for use.

Minter Gardens is open daily from April to mid-October. The reception rooms

catering. The Trillium Restaurant and Conservatory seats 50 to 150 people
and the Envision Conservatory seats 100 to 300 people. Minter Gardens can
